Does this prove someone actually lives at the address — not just that they stood there once?
A standard check proves the right person (selfie + ID + liveness) was at the right place (live GPS + Makani) claiming the right identity (name match) — already far stronger evidence than a forgeable utility bill. For higher-risk cases, we offer a Residency tier: quick repeat check-ins over several days, including "home hours", before the address is confirmed. Ask about it on your pilot call.
Do my customers or tenants need to install an app?
No. You send them a link — it opens in their phone's browser and takes about 60 seconds: address, GPS, selfie, ID photo. Works on any smartphone. No app store, no account creation, no friction.
How long does integration take?
You can start with zero code: generate verification links from your dashboard the same day you join. For automation, our REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks typically take a developer less than a day to integrate.
Which IDs are supported?
Emirates ID, passports, and driving licences. Our AI checks document authenticity, expiry, and signs of tampering or screen-photo spoofing — and matches the photo against the live selfie.
What happens to the photos and personal data?
Data is processed for verification and kept as a hash-sealed audit record for your compliance needs. Deletion on request is supported, and our public sandbox never stores photos at all. Ask for our data-handling summary on your pilot call.
